As Matthias mentioned in comment 8 in German it is possible to disable both modules by deactivating them in the device manager. After the installation of XP it is impossible to restore the delivery status Windows 7 by pressing F1 at boot time.
Even in the BIOS there is no opportunity to deactivate them. That xrivers that you can not disable both services.
